Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Because cigars are a perishable, consumable tobacco product sensitive to humidity and handling, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products once they have shipped. This policy explains the exceptions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Us page with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used tobacco products cannot be returned. Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery at our discretion – please contact us first.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable number of business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and distributor orders are subject to the terms agreed at the time of the order; please contact your wholesale representative directly for return requests on bulk orders.

What Our Patrons Say

“Small batch actually means something here. Every box I've ordered has been consistent, well-rolled, and clearly cared about - that's rare these days.”

Chris B.

“Don't let the size fool you. The Perlita has buttered cornbread and dark chocolate with a cappuccino creaminess - more complexity in a short smoke than I expected.”

Sam W.

“You can tell this one has been aged properly. Toasty leather, a little spice, subtle sweetness on the Liga 782 - smooth from the first third to the last.”

Anthony P.

“The Gordo has become my go-to. Sweet tobacco and pepper right away, rich cocoa through the middle, and a creamy chocolate finish with just enough wood to keep it grounded.”
