All of our products are listed in USD.
Do You Ship Internationally? I Do Not See An International Shipping Cost.
Some of our clients have their own preferred shipping companies and prefer to organize their own shipper. For those who wish for us to find a shipper, after you place your order we check for the best international shipping rate for getting your purchase to you. We will e-mail you the best available rates, and if they are suitable to you we will organize the parcel to be shipped to you. The price of shipping will then be added to your order and payment requested.
How Do I Know My Order Will Arrive In Good Condition?
On the rare occasion that you receive a faulty cigar, we will happily exchange the item or process a refund. All items deemed faulty must be received back in their original packaging within 7 days. Once your item has been received, we will process your refund or exchange. If your item is faulty, please contact us with photos of the faulty cigar(s) and one of our friendly staff would be delighted to assist you. We do not offer returns or exchanges if: the items are not to your personal taste; you change your mind; or there are minor variations in quality, taste, color, shade, or texture due to the natural characteristics of the products and the manufacturing processes.
